We are an independent, non-profit, lay ministry inspired by God to bring light and hope to His people in Tanuku and surrounding villages in India. This is a ministry of love initiated by Baburao and Sarojini Chedalawada and family and friends.

Brief History

The Adventist message came to Tanuku, India, more than 80 years ago but remained dormant until 1995, when V. B. Chedalavada, a patriarch of the family, requested the Southern Asia Division to send an evangelist to Tanuku to conduct evangelistic meetings. After the meetings, more than 90 people were baptized and were organized into 3 churches. Chedalawada family gave liberally to buy land and build a beautiful church for the glory of God in Venkatarayapuram, a suburb of Tanuku. Todate there are more than 20 churches established in the Tanuku area by 10 village programs conducted by the Southern Asia Division.
